Our History
Founded in 2024 by Charlotte native Precious Moss, who saw firsthand the positive impact enrichment programs and activities had on her children's mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.
After overcoming a difficult past marked by violence, Precious made the decision to relocate her family to a better-served area of the city.
Through this positive transition, Precious became increasingly aware of the limited growth opportunities available to youth in underserved communities
that lacked the resources and funding to access these vital programs.
Recognizing the need for change, she founded NC Youth Enrichment Scholarship Support INC. (NC Y.E.S.S INC.) with a mission to provide youth mentorship, opportunities and resources for personal development and academic growth for youth in the state of NorthCarolina.
